The Fast Track Climber is an at-home exercise machine that simulates the movements used in rock climbing. With this machine, you'll be able to get a high-intensity cardio workout that works all your muscles, including the legs, core, and arms, without going outdoors or to an indoor climbing wall. It's ideal for anyone who wants to hone their climbing skills at home or simply get into better shape. You can customize your workout by choosing how far and fast you'll climb, and for how long.
The cost of Fast Track Climber is $14.95 and the shipping is FREE!

To get started with your Fast Track Climber, assemble the machine in accordance with the provided instructions. Normally, assembly only takes a few minutes' time.
After you've assembled your machine, place it on a flat, stable surface, and get ready to climb. To do so, you'll need to place each hand on one of the padded grip handles and place your feet on the pedals. When holding the handles, it's best to start with your palms facing downward. Once you've mounted the machine in this way, start climbing by taking long, slow strides, and after a minute or so, you can speed up if you choose.
Once you're done with your Fast Track Climber for the time being, you'll be able to fold it up and store it away in a closet, under your bed, or wherever you'd like.
Each of these climbing machines has a smooth track, so regardless of your size or fitness level, you won't feel like you're bumping awkwardly along as you use yours.
You'll be able to adjust your machine to suit your height and the length of your arms and legs. This can be done quite quickly, so if someone else wants to use your machine, you'll be able to adjust it for them, too.
Each Fast Track Climber has a built-in rep counter which will show you how many steps you've climbed throughout each workout. That means you'll be able to see your progress from day to day and perhaps compare your results to those you've achieved on a climbing wall or outdoors.
These machines are made from gym-quality material, so it's unlikely that yours will break down after a few weeks or months' time, even if you use it on a daily basis.
On the Fast Track Climber, you control how fast you go, so the machine is suitable for people of all fitness levels. If you're new to exercise, you may want to climb at a slow, steady pace. On the other hand, if you're more experienced, you may choose to speed up your steps in order to bring your heart rate up a little higher.
A workout on this machine will work almost every muscle in your body, including your calves, quads, glutes, stomach, chest, back, biceps, and triceps. To really zero in on the biceps, you can flip your hands around on the padded grip handles so your palms are facing you instead of facing down.
An independent electromyography study has shown that people using this climber will burn up to 800 calories per hour, so if you want to lose weight, this may be the right machine for you.
With each Fast Track Climber, you'll also get a fitness guide and meal guide that can further assist you in your quest for fitness success.
Many people choose to do floor exercises such as crunches, lunges, and squats, but these only work one or two muscles at once, while the Fast Track Climber will work the entire body simultaneously.
You can go to the gym and use a similar machine, or visit an indoor climbing wall, but on especially busy days, you may not have time to work out outside the home.
Outdoor rock climbing can be fun, but sometimes it's hard to find an appropriate location at which to do so. Plus, it's best if fitness beginners start with something a little bit gentler such as the Fast Track Climber.
