After you've got an EZ Organizer on hand, you'll need to find a flat surface to place it on, such as a desk, bathroom vanity or kitchen counter.
Once your organizer is resting on a flat surface, you can then adjust the height of all the shelves to suit your needs. If you've got some tall bottles to add to the organizer, such as shampoo bottles, you may want to make one or more of your shelves taller. For items with less height, like bottles of nail polish or small spice jars, you may be able to get by with shorter shelves. At this point, you can also add the included transparent hairbrush caddy to one of your taller shelves, if you'd like.
Finally, after your shelves are ready, you can begin adding items to all of them. The organizer will hold up to 151 things in total and will be able to withstand a load of more than 100 pounds. Once you've added all the items you want to add, you may want to place the included transparent reversible trays on the top of your organizer, with the bottoms facing up. This will keep the items underneath them, on your top shelf, safe and secure.
This organizer will rotate a full 360 degrees in front of you, so you'll be able to turn it to see everything you've got inside without craning your neck or moving your whole body.
When you're obtaining one of these organizers, you'll have a choice between the shades of black or white, or if you're getting more than one, you may want to obtain a couple in each shade.
Each organizer is made from high-quality, durable plastic that can support a weight of more than 100 pounds without breaking. This plastic is also immune to water damage, so you'll have the option of putting one of these organizers in your shower to store shower and bath supplies. Plus, if you ever notice that your organizer is getting dirty, you'll be able to wipe it clean with a damp cloth, regardless of its location.
If you have a messy desk, kitchen or bathroom vanity, getting an EZ Organizer will give you a place to put all the items that are scattered around so your space will appear neater. With most of your things in one of these, you'll also be able to find them more easily than you would if you were to root through a crowded drawer or cabinet. Even if you have no trouble organizing your own possessions, you may want to use one of these organizers to store your child's toys and other important items that they don't want to lose.
The shelves on each organizer include room for you to add sticky labels. This will come in especially handy if you've got a lot of products that look the same or if you're sharing your organizer with someone else. With labels, no one will grab a lip pencil instead of an eye pencil or take someone else's vitamins when they're in a hurry.
People who live in dorm rooms or small apartments probably won't have a lot of cupboard, drawer or counter space in which to store items, so they'll likely find one of these organizers incredibly helpful. If you're a dorm room or apartment dweller, you may want to obtain more than one, as each will take up less space than another set of drawers. Moreover, if you've got one or more roommates, having your important items organized like this will deter them from borrowing your things without asking.
For some people, their cell phone is their most prized possession. That means they'll be happy to find out that when adjusted to a certain size, the shelves within each organizer are large enough to hold a phone. If you store your cell phone within your organizer when you get home each night, you'll always know where it is. You can even keep your organizer near your bed, so your phone will always be within arm's reach if that's a priority for you.
Although you can close off the very top shelf of your EZ Organizer by placing your reversible trays on top as a lid, you won't be able to fully close off the other shelves. As a result, if your organizer jiggles for some reason, some of the objects on its lower shelves may end up on the floor. It would be nice if each shelf had small doors that a user could close in order to reduce the risk of this kind of spill.
When you're adding items to your organizer, it's best to make sure that your load is evenly distributed on each side, or else the organizer might topple over. More specifically, if you add a few items to the right-hand side, you should then add a few items to the left and vice versa. You shouldn't have a bunch of heavy items concentrated on one side while the other has only lighter items.
Aside from making sure your organizer's load is balanced from left to right, it's also a good idea to put heavier items on the bottom shelves and lighter items on the top. Putting heavier items on the bottom will weigh the base down and help ensure that the organizer remains standing up straight. If you were to put lighter items on the bottom and heavier things on top, your organizer would be more likely to fall over sideways.
You may get bored with the look of a basic black or white organizer, but you'll always have the option of decorating it with decals or stickers to make it look more interesting. If you're decorating an organizer for your cubicle or office at work, just make sure that the decorations you use are work-appropriate.
Regardless of what you've got in your EZ Organizer, it's best to remove all the items about once a month and dust and wipe down the organizer. Otherwise, especially if things inside like powder or crafting beads have spilled, you may find that the organizer's filthy and difficult to clean once you do take a look at its empty shelves.
