In the first place, there weren't any instructions in the box. I was told by the clerk to be sure and spray oil in the containers, which I did. It took quite a while to cook them, and they we're still liquid on top. They are also horrible to clean. Are they worth the $12.00 I paid? "NO" I will stick to eggs in the shell.

I used the Eggies a couple of months ago and loved them. Today I tried again. The whites started leaking out so I took them out of the boiling water, cleaned them up, boiled more water, and tried again. I tightened them to the point that I could not go further. Guess what? I had to clean up messy whites again. Has anyone else had this problem?

My wife and I like it very much. You do need to spray or rub a little cooking oil on the inside top and bottom. And you do need to get the top on tight to prevent leakage. I did notice one started sinking so I lifted it out ,ran under cold water opened and poured water out and closed it up and put back in boiling water. No bad effects. Going to order more.
