DiamoTech offers a unique frying-pan that helps you fry your favorite food without allowing it to get stuck to the surface of the pan and get burnt. This pan is coated with a special type of ceramic coating that is part of a 4-layer design, making the pan not just hard but durable enough to withstand metal mixers used over its surface. While the pan itself heats up evenly, the handle remains unaffected.
The cost of Diamotech Pans is $19.99 plus $8.99 shipping, for a total price of $28.98.

When it comes to cooking your favorite dish in the kitchen, no matter how much you might love cooking, having the right equipment does help making things a lot easier and less painful. Each task in the kitchen quite often needs a specialized piece of equipment. May it be blending boiled vegetables for your soup using a hand blender or grating cheese using a cheese grating board, these and other such tasks, all need devices specially made for each of them.
Diamotech offers a type of pan that is very versatile in attempting to make your life easier in the kitchen. You can literally take your pan that has been cooking something over your stove and just put it just as it is straight into a baking oven to combine frying with baking, for instance. This frying pan can take baking temperatures of up to 500 degrees and still come out without being totally destroyed, which is something that a regular pan would certainly not be able to do.
Furthermore, unlike other more conventional frying pans, you won’t need oil or butter for frying as the food will just not stick to the frying pan no matter what. This makes it very easy to cook and serve straight from the pan itself, thus, saving you a lot of time and hassle while in the kitchen.
Usually, non-stick pans are very attractive when new and seem like they will never lose their non-stick coating. However, in a few months, or sometimes even weeks, the truth unravels and the entire pan’s surface is corroded by regular use and scraping off of food debris. The reason why this happens is that many-a-times the apparently smooth surface of the non-stick pan is not exactly totally smooth. It is this minutely uneven surface of the pan that eventually gives way to corrosion and loses its non-stick ability.
Diamotech Pans don’t have this inherent weakness that causes their surfaces to get corroded away. Due to the fact that there is not even the smallest of blemishes or roughness over the surface of these pans, they stay totally intact and prevent even the stickiest of foods from getting stuck. As a result, there is no need to scrape off food from the pan every time you cook something that is prone to getting stuck with a more regular pan. Less scraping means the pan retains its ultra-smooth surface for much longer.
It is highly uncommon for frying pans to be used within ovens, let alone at high temperatures. Generally, there are several components within the frying pan that would never sustain being subjected to oven cooking.
DiomoTech Pans are not your regular conventional pans. They can actually be put directly from the stove to an oven that is at a temperature of up to 500 degrees without any damage caused to the pan.
While there might be pans in the market that can be hand-washed with minimal effort, being able to wash the pan using a dishwasher is always an added advantage.
DiomoTech is built in such a manner that once you’ve finished cooking with it all you have to do is wash it using your dishwasher along with the rest of your dishes.
Cooking a good meal is not quite the easiest of tasks, especially if the equipment one is using is not up to the desired standard. When frying food in a pan it is ideal when the pan heats to the same temperature all over, especially while making items like pancakes and omelets. Over time, regular pans tend to lose their ability to distribute the heat evenly throughout the entire cooking surface of the pan.
However, with DiamoTech this need not be your concern. These pans are uniquely built to be able to distribute the heat received by the pan equally all over its surface so that your food cooks evenly without having either uncooked or burnt portions. This property possessed by these pans is simply because of the presence of highly conductive aluminum layering within its structure. As a result, not only does your food cook evenly but it also cooks thoroughly, and that too, on a consistent basis.
With a pan that is so conductive enough to spread the heat evenly throughout the entire frying pan, there is always a concern that this heat might get to the handle too. This is quite often the case with more conventional pans, and it can become next to impossible to continue using the pan to fry food after the handle has gotten piping hot.
DiomoTech pans do not pose any such problem whatsoever. They have handles that are specially designed to stay cool even while the rest of the frying pan is at maximum temperature while frying your most delicious food. This certainly makes the cooking experience more pleasant and straightforward.
The surface of frying pans can very often eventually give way to regular use within just a few months of cooking and start showing signs of damage. Once the pan starts degrading the rate at which the surface of the pan then deteriorates becomes rather exponential as time goes by. This results in even more damage caused by food sticking to the pan and having to be scraped off using an abrasive material, very soon making the pan totally unfit for non-stick frying.
With DiamoTech you will not have any such problems. The pan is not only built with 4 special DiamoTech layers but also comes with a special ceramic surface layer that does not cling to even the stickiest of cornbread preparations. While the ultra-smooth ceramic finish leaves the pan’s surface silky smooth, the layers within that are infused with DiamoTech are actually extremely tough. These pans are so resistant to scratches and abrasion that they are able to withstand even a metal stirrer used to stir food directly along their super-smooth surface without showing even a tiny scratch.

Thought was great. Worked wonderfully for two months until the surface chipped. Best non stick I’ve ever had until the surface chipped while washing. Never used any metal utensils in it. Very disappointed.
