  • Caloric Burn

Engaging your legs in this workout for an hour will burn one hundred and fifty calories. You are not required to fully engage your whole body in this one activity but can be seated during this fitness routine. If you do this every day in the course of your week, for one hour, you will have burnt off an excess of one thousand and fifty calories.

  • Levels of Resistance

Cubii has eight resistant modes to choose from, which can suit how your body is feeling every day. You can choose to work your way up in resistance or begin at the highest level and work your way down. You can set your resistance on your app or on the machine itself by turning the dial.

  • Easy Set-up

The set-up of the machine is minimal and a quick five-minute process, as you only need to install the pedals. The setup requires no extra hardware as it comes with a screwdriver and tailored screws. Additionally, the company has provided wheel stoppers for customers in a desk chair with rolling wheels to keep stationary.

  • In Sync App

The app allows you to track your progress through Bluetooth technology, by setting daily goals. It syncs with Fitbit and Healthkit for you to better compile your overall fitness achievements. The app measures calories, miles, strides, steps and minutes, which is all information that is stored and compiled. This app allows you to compete with anyone you know who also has a Cubii, making it a fun, motivating and competitive way to exercise.

Our Newest Review: Power Legs

Positive Aspects

  • Compact Size

The Cubii can be stored in a closet, under a desk or somewhere discreet. This product does not need a large amount of space to store. It is lightweight and can easily be picked up with one hand for most people. Its weight is balanced, keeping it's place on the ground but not too heavy to be impossible to transport.

  • Long Battery Life

The Bluetooth battery does not require constant charging and will last for a long time.

  • Versatile Footwear

You do not need to be using any particular gym or exercise footwear while working out your legs. There is no need to change, you can use whatever shoes that you are wearing that moment. You could even operate it without shoes if you are in the comfort of your own home.

  • Ability To Multi-Task

The options are limitless when it comes to what you can do while using Cubii. You could use it while at home catch up on reading, watch television, talking with your family, or eat dinner. You can be productive in work and maintain your exercise routine during a meeting, phone call or at your desk. You no longer have to feel guilty for taking some time to sit down, instead, it can be a chance to also give your legs attention.

  • Dynamic Sedentary Lifestyle

Perhaps sitting is something that you cannot avoid in your daily lifestyle and need to find the dynamic movement that Cubii offers. This product offers a solution to offset most of our sedentary lives and to keep our blood flowing, muscles engaged and mind clearer.

  • Quiet & Non-Intrusive

You can take phone calls, talk with friends or clients, concentrate on your work without annoying sounds, or read a book. It is very discreet and inconspicuous making it ideal for shared workplaces, living rooms or any other space occupied with other people.

Negative Aspects

  • Sedentary Position Stiffness

Although this technology makes sitting more dynamic for office workers, desk users or anyone sitting for large portions of time it still can pose back and hips issues. The human body was not designed to sit for the amount of time we do, so it is important to stretch after a long day of sitting.

  • Knee Room

The elliptical motion will require adequate knee space to pump your legs up and down. Make sure you have enough room for this movement under your desk or wherever you will be using this machine. Although it does promise that the knee room will not be an issue, every workspace is unique.

Critical Advice

The Cubii's elliptical workout does not constitute a holistic daily workout routine if you are seeking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You will need to incorporate your preferred cardio activities to make sure you are achieving your health goals. This piece of equipment is one piece of your fitness journey.

Does It Really Work?

The elliptical design makes for a very smooth pedalling motion that does not require you to put it any extra effort in your upper body. It will not disturb or take your attention away from whatever else you are doing simultaneously. You can, a few minutes into your workout, feel your muscles engaging and warmth in your legs.

How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Positioning

Position your feet on the machine and begin to pedal as you would on a bike or a stand up an elliptical machine. Ensure that you are maintaining good posture to engage your core and promote healthy back muscles.

  2. Muscle Engagement

The positioning of your legs indicates what muscles you are working out. If you are higher up on the machine, the heels are more engaged and if you are situated lower you will be using your toes. If you want to switch up the movement try going backwards to engage the muscles in a more unique way that you are not used to.

  3. Check App

Upon finishing your workout check your statistics on your app. You will see your detailed statistics and your friends if they have worked ou that day.

Save Time

You can dedicate yourself to other tasks that would have to be postponed if you decided to traditionally work out.

Save Money

You will not need to purchase expensive gym memberships or exercise machines for your home.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Bluetooth Charge

Make sure you take note of the battery icon on the app, this indicates the amount of charge for your Bluetooth. The machine comes with a charger that can be plugged into the wall whenever you want to top up the battery.

Licensed Physical Therapist

Nonsense. You are showing a ROM of about 45 degrees at the knee. "over half of the muscles" are in use. Are you including the muscles used to hold the book you are reading? Name the muscles you are using. I hate fraud.

This has got to be the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen 😂 Sitting is the new smoking! What are you talking about! I don’t smoke and I live a very active lifestyle and I work out in an actual gym regularly, if you want to “feel” like you’re doing something yet accomplish absolutely nothing and burn some money this looks like the perfect solution 😭
Also the woman in the commercial that says you’ll get “FIT!” 😅😅😅 I’m sure you’ll fit right into that couch you’re on much better the more you use this awful product.

John Smith? THAT is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Why not John Doe? If I had as limited a thought process as you do I would want to be anonymous as well. Gosh, I'm so pleased that you live a very active lifestyle and work out in the gym. It's another reason people would buy this product just to avoid seeing you creeping around the Pilates class. As it is you didn't say one thing about the device that you most certainly didn't buy. Try to get those depression meds more balanced bro.
