Wearing these gives you massages and using the special spray too can help to really get rid of short term, slight pain which might arise from being on your feet all day and walking around.
The cost of Copper Steps is $29.99 plus $5.95 shipping, for a total price of $35.94. Price is from As Seen on TV Commercial page: coppersteps.com
This unit combines the benefits of copper with the arts of reflexology to provide relief to the feet.
It sends pain relieving signals purportedly each time you take a step.
This set can reduce pain in your feet, ankles, legs, and your knees.
It will mold to the shape of your foot.
It works with socks and with stockings so you don't have to compromise what you are wearing.
Wear it with men's dress shoes, casual shoes, women's dress shoes, and athletic shoes.
First you take the insoles and you slide them into whatever shoes you are planning on wearing that day. This will give you all the comfort and relief.
Before you put your foot in, use the spray with its all-natural formula and spray it right on your feet to help alleviate nerve pain.
These insoles can stop crippling arthritis or joint pain with massage and reflexology. Lightweight and ultrathin, you can wear them with anything and as you take a step the supporting nodules inside of the insole will help play slight bit of pressure on your feet. Hopefully targeting the right pressure points. In so doing it helps to gently massage your feet and send pain relieving signals as you walk.
If you have slight pain in your body something like this could help. Units like this would you place inside of your shoe can't provide relief when you are taking steps. However it is not going to be a cure for your situation or your arthritis. The idea of reflexology is a sound idea however, simply stepping on an insole is not adequate reflexology. It will not provide the deep massage that is necessary to penetrate the muscles and the skin to reach the nerves in question. Moreover without different sicknesses or designs, these insoles are not going to be as effective as visiting a reflexologist.
There are many competing devices on the market all of which claim to use some of the same things. These are often pads that you would step on after a hard day wearing shoes which also have small nodules on them designed to massage the foot. In these cases the same as with this unit, it is not going to give you the extremely positive results you want. It would be tantamount to simply rubbing your feet over a small Stone or the corner of the step when you get home to see you aching pain.
One of the unique facets of this design is the copper. Interestingly enough the copper infusion is significantly underplayed on the website and in fact all it does is mention that he uses the power of copper. What it fails to explain is that copper is very effective at preventing bacteria and reducing odor. Copper is actually quite popular when integrated into sports clothing, braces for joints, and footwear. For this reason one of the main benefits not really explained well on the website is that with proper infusion you will get prevention against bacterial growth inside of your shoes alongside order reduction. Both of these are great facets although neither help with pain relief which is likely why it is underplayed on the website.
With your order you get a special all-natural spray which is called nerve pain away. There is no information about the spray other than to say you sprayed on your feet. The website doesn't provide any information about what is in it, how it works, or when to use it. All it says on the label is that there is a 100% natural formula used to make it. It is difficult therefore to say whether or not it works since there's no information provided.
Unfortunately there's only one size available for the main insole. This means that you can't really cater them to your foot size. Moreover, you might not be able to fit them in all shapes and sizes of shoes. While you can theoretically use them in nicer dress shoes in addition to athletic shoes, dress shoes might be thinly designed such that you cannot fit the insole inside.
The small nodules which purportedly are what provides the pain relief and massaging to your feet are primarily located at the bottom end of the foot. They are not the back heel of the foot which means that you do not get as much massaging relief on the back of your foot comparatively.
