Battery Charge
Battery will not keep a charge, I followed the instructions charged for 8 hours, once disconnected shows not fully charged. HELP! 11.

Where to put batteries
I received the copper StepFX as a gift. I cannot get to where to put the Batteries in. There is no place on the back as it shows. Please help.

Probably have the deluxe model which charges via mini USB. You have to remove the rubber end piece that is on the side opposite of the button on the front.

You have to take the band off. The device itself is cradled inside the band. It kind of has to be popped out.

I bought the Copper fit step effect. The 1st order did not go through because the person taking the order screwed it up. I called about 2 weeks later and reordered and was told it would come in on 29 April, the payment was processed. Now it is 2 May and have not received it. I called 3 times today and was told they do not see the order. I want either the copper fit or my money back.
