Copper Chef cookware is infused with real copper, though the exact amount is not specified, and as such it offers heat conductivity and distribution for better cooking. There is a Cerami-Tech non-stick coating that keeps any food from sticking to the bottom. This not only improves the food preparation, but the cooking / baking, and serving. Promoted by a chef, this single unit functions as six different things. With the full set, you get the lids and cooking tips too.
The cost of Copper Chef Set is $74.97 and the shipping is FREE!

This unit not only holds more food but it has a stainless steel induction plate which quickly and evenly heats your food. Without hot spots, you can do things like sear meat, or prepare foods up to 850 degrees.
When you use it, there are almost no limitations to what you can cook. Air popping popcorn right in the container takes no extra oils or butters. Preparing large chickens in the oven, or making mac and cheese on the stove top are all doable.
This unit is BTFE and chemical free. As such, it won’t peel or chip into your food. Cheaper brand products that are not certified as such tend to have a coating on them that will chip or scratch with time. When this happens, flakes begin to absorb into the food you are making which then causes harm to the body. .
You can use the unit atop any stove, be it electric, gas, ceramic, or induction stove tops. This offers great versatility for those who are investing in this unit long term and might decide to cook on other stove tops or move to a new home.
While the large size is truly its main selling point, for smaller apartments with smaller kitchens, the size might actually be too large. This applies specifically to the oven, as even an over sized pot can still fit on a stove top even if it exceeds the burner lines.
While this does not impact the functionality of the device, consumers should be warned that the name is "Copper Chef" meant to represent the "100% copper" that is in it. Do not be misled. The pan itself is not made entirely out of copper. What copper is contained in the pan is pure, which is why they say 100%. Authentic copper pans made entirely out of copper are significantly more expensive and commercial kitchen grade.
This simply means less labor for consumers. Real copper pans are labor intensive. You are required to thoroughly clean and dry them after each use because they will eventually corrode if you do not.
When you cook foods that are particularly acidic or alkaline, they might normally take on a metallic taste indicative of copper particles being ingested.
While the cost of this single pan might be high, by comparison to all of the pans it replaces, it is well worth it. The idea is that you can keep a better kitchen drawer with this one unit. You can replace all of your other pans with this one pan for use in the stove or oven.
Rather than having to buy lots of things to prepare foods on the stove versus the oven, you can do it all with a single pan. The rounded square pan has extra deep sides which enables you to replace multiple pans with this single unit. No longer do you need a roasting pan, rice cooker, roaster, slow cooker, steamer, stock pot, baking dish, and wok. Comparatively the cost for one unit is much less than the cost for all of the units.
The pan can be placed in the stove or oven, as mentioned, which means that recipes which call for both are completed faster. Rather than cooking chicken strips or searing vegetables before adding it to grains in an oven safe pan, you can follow the first steps on the stove, then add the rest right in the pan. Place it directly into the oven and finish cooking in one step. On a similar note, you no longer have to strain and boil foods, using multiple steps and multiple pans. You can alleviate the preparation, cook, and clean up times for food saving yourself a lot of time overall.
What’s more, the unique square shape and deep sides allow you to cook more foods at once. So, preparing things like two types of lasagna or a chicken with roasted vegetables can be done in the same pan. You can make two lasagnas side by side or roast the vegetables around the chicken, cutting cook time in half.
When all is said and done, remember that the pan has cerami-tech healthy ceramic, non stick technology to it, which means the food slides out. This means that you can clean up with ease by just sliding the food right off. Even if you burn food to it, you can scrap it off without damaging the bottom, then throw it in the dishwasher.
In some cases though, this non-stick technology does not work as you might expect. The food might not just slide around as easily as it seems. Of course, with a small push or a slight bit of elbow grease, you can get the pan clean. .
This pan has thermal conductivity that allows the pan to heat evenly across the entire bottom. As you alter the level of heat for your burner, the level of heat for the pan will change too. Copper is reactive, highly reactive, which is how it conducts heat so well. So you heat the pan to whatever degree you need, or heat the oven. Then prepare your foods the same way you would on any other traditional device, and cook.
The biggest, and most important, difference between this non-stick pan and others on the market is that it is free from chemicals. Non-stick cookware tends to have Polytetrafluoroethylene. This technology is only bad because, after 260 degrees it starts to deteriorate. Once you reach 350 degrees it begins to decompose. As it does this, it can get into the air and be inhaled. If inhaled it can cause symptoms similar to the flu, damage to the liver function, or hormone levels. So, without this chemical, you do not have to worry about compromising your health.
This product is endorsed by a professional chef, lending credit to its authenticity. While it is not known if he uses it in his kitchens, he only promotes a handful of bake ware, including the Copper Chef set.

My husband bought this for me and 2 months later there were stress cracks inside on the copper. We sent it back along with a $15.95 check for shipping the new pan to us ( as well as paying the shipping to return it ), that was 3 months ago - no word from the company and no pay - what a rip off!
