Before you place this solar-powered light in a location of your choice, you'll need to add the appropriate hardware. If you're going to stake the light, simply add the stake, and if you're going to mount it to a wall or gutter, add the appropriate mounting attachment. For most users, this will only take minutes of your time.
Next, choose a location and either stake the light or mount it. Before you leave the staking or mounting area, give the light a gentle wiggle to make sure it's secure, and make sure it's out of the way of any potential obstacles such as cars. If it looks like your staked light might tip over, just push the stake in a little further than you did previously.
Finally, you and other members of your household can enjoy bright light at night after your Copper Bright has been installed. If it's near a driveway or a walkway, you'll have a safer walk into your home than you would in the dark. Alternatively, if it happens to be near a pool, patio or deck, you'll be able to safely enjoy more fun times outside without having to strain to see after the sun goes down.
To install one of these lights, you won't have to do even a bit of wiring. The only handiwork you'll need to do will involve screwing on the appropriate staking or mounting attachment.
Each Copper Bright light contains 12 LED bulbs that will all burn for up to 50, 000 hours without needing to be replaced. Therefore, this light may have a life of more than a decade, even if you use it every night.
There's a lithium-ion battery built into each of these lights, and it's powered by the sun, so it'll never burn out during a light's lifetime. That means you'll never have to install any replacement batteries within your light.
After you've attached the staking attachment to your Copper Bright light, you'll be able to adjust the stake's height. You can have up to 20.5 inches of the stake sticking out of the ground—or as little as 13 inches. Sticking the stake in further can make your light more secure, but one might decide it looks more attractive when there's more of the stake showing. A longer stem may also enable your light to illuminate a doorway more effectively.
The durable material used to construct each Copper Bright light will be able to withstand harsh elements of weather, such as rain, snow, and hail. As a result, you'll be able to leave one of these lights outdoors in any season without worrying about it getting damaged. Some other outdoor lights that people buy for their yards are partially made of cheap plastic, but there's no cheap plastic involved in the construction of this particular one.
If you don't have any outdoor lighting at all, you might trip when you're coming up your driveway or walkway onto your front stoop at night. This'll be even more likely to happen if there are kids' toys, sports equipment or tools lying around your yard. Fortunately, it'll be far less likely to happen once you install even one Copper Bright light, as it'll provide you with illumination from 12 different bulbs. One of these lights will also help keep your kids safe as they play in the yard after dark, especially if they play around a pool.
Aside from being a source of illumination, each Copper Bright light is also attractive, due to its copper shade and sophisticated-looking design. After installing one, you might even choose to add more to your lawn or garden by installing them in rows or placing one or two on each side of the entrance.
These lights are powered by the sun and don't require the use of electricity at all, so each one can be considered an environmentally friendly device. Plus, you can use them anywhere the sun shines during the day, instead of being restricted to areas in which there's an electrical outlet nearby.
When your Copper Bright light is separated into pieces, meaning that the light itself is separate from any hardware attachment, the entire system is portable. If you want to take one or more of these lights to your cottage or another alternative location, you'll be able to fit each piece you need into your vehicle. Once in there, each set of pieces will take up a few feet of space, at most.
If you're going to mount your light on a wall, post or gutter, you may need to climb a ladder in order to do so. If you're not in the best physical shape or are afraid of heights, this could be difficult for you. Furthermore, retrieving a ladder and setting it up, and then taking it down after you've used it could be time-consuming. You might also feel the need to get someone else to watch you as you climb up and install your light, for safety's sake.
The Copper Bright light isn't suitable for indoor use, even within a garage or a shed. Staking it certainly won't work indoors since you won't be able to jam the included stake into a hard floor. What's more, even if you were to mount your light indoors instead, it wouldn't get the amount of sun it needs to light itself up at night.
If you choose other outdoor lights that aren't solar-powered, they may cause your electricity bill to dramatically increase. However, if you choose the solar-powered Copper Bright instead, there'll be no increase to your electricity bill at all. There may even be a decrease if you stop using other outdoor lights you already have in favor of this one.
For the best results possible, you should install your solar-powered light in an area that gets a lot of sunlight. If you install it in a shady area, it'll still offer you some illumination, but not as much as it would be able to give you if it were in a sunny area all day. You'll be able to move your light around quickly if you've decided to stake it in the ground, so you might want to experiment with a few different locations before deciding on the final one.
