Color Burst balloons are sets of water balloons that you'll be able to fill in just seconds, but they're not your ordinary water balloons—each comes containing non-toxic, stainless red, blue, or green food coloring. Each Color Burst set contains 40 water balloons that can be filled simultaneously with any garden hose, and there are three sets in a package. Therefore, you'll be able to obtain and fill a total of 120 balloons in a mixture of all three of the aforementioned colors.
The cost of Color Burst is $12.99 plus $5.99 shipping, for a total price of $18.98. Price is from As Seen on TV Commercial page: colorburstoffer.com
Before you start filling your water balloons, you'll need to grab a fairly large container that they can drop into as they are filled. This'll help you keep all your balloons together, and also decrease the likelihood of any of the balloons popping on the ground before you get to throw them.
Next, pick up one of your three sets of 40 connected water balloons on straw-like sticks, and attach the end of the connected set that does not have balloons to your garden hose.
Once your first balloon set is firmly connected to your hose, and you've positioned your large container close by, hold the set over the container and turn on your hose's water supply. You'll quickly see your first 40 balloons start to fill up with colored water. As they fill up, they'll tie themselves and drop into your container.
After you've filled one set of 40 balloons, you may choose to repeat the above process to fill the other two sets, or just start playing with your 40 balloons if that's all you need.
When you're finished playing with your water balloons for the day, go around the area in which you played and pick up any broken balloons so you can dispose of them. As you do so, keep children and / or pets away so there's no chance of one of them ingesting a piece of a broken balloon.
All Color Burst balloons will tie themselves, so you won't need to touch them at all until you're ready to throw them. If you struggle to tie knots quickly, this may save you a lot of time.
The food coloring used within these balloons is non-toxic, so if someone accidentally ingests a small amount or gets some on their skin, they won't incur any serious harm.
The dye used within Color Burst balloons has been designed to not cause stains. Hence, you'll be able to wash it off your skin, wash it out of your clothes, and clean it off any objects in your yard without difficulty after you've finished playing.
Each connected set of 40 water balloons is compact and lightweight when the balloons aren't yet filled, so you'll be able to carry an unused set almost anywhere. If you have large pockets, you may even be able to slip one set in one of these while you're travelling by bike.
All of the water balloons in each set come already connected to each other, so you won't need to assemble anything to get started—all you'll need to do is connect them to your hose.
Regular water balloons full of clear water can get boring after a while, but using balloons filled with color can add some excitement to the mix. Since there are three colors of balloons, you could divide your group into three teams and have an all-out color war!
For safety's sake, everyone using Color Burst balloons must wear some sort of eye protection ( such as swimming goggles ).
These balloons are not safe for children under eight years old to use, and all children should be supervised during use.
