Bo Po is non-toxic, water-based nail polish that you can brush on just as you would standard polish. However, unlike the standard variety, it'll peel off in seconds whenever you happen to tire of a particular shade. It'll also dry quickly, so you won't have to wait several minutes after applying it before moving on to other activities. Plus, normally, if you accidentally tip a Bo Po bottle over, the polish inside will remain in the spill-resistant bottle instead of creating a liquid mess.
The cost of Bo Po is $9.99 plus $6.99 shipping, for a total price of $16.98.
The application of Bo Po nail polish is no different than the application of most other varieties of polish. All you'll need to do is dip the brush attached to a bottle's lid into the bottle, and use it to brush a layer of polish onto your fingernails.
When you want to apply a different color of nail polish, or go polish-free for a while, simply peel off the Bo Po polish currently on your fingernails with the tips of your fingers. Following that, dispose of the peeled-off polish in the trash.
At this point, if you'd like to paint your nails with a new color of polish, choose a new bottle and brush it on, as you did in Step 1.
Instead of containing multiple chemicals, Bo Po is water-based. That means anyone with a nail-biting habit who happens to wear the polish won't need to be concerned about unintentionally ingesting toxic chemicals.
Under most circumstances, this type of nail polish won't spill, even if you accidentally knock your bottle over. However, if you aggressively smash a bottle, or otherwise roughly knock one around, a spill may occur, so make sure you are careful.
Bo Po is a recipient of Dr. Toy's Best Classic Toy Award for 2015.
In a set of this nail polish, you'll get three bottles of polish in different colors, all with fun, creative names such as Cloudy Day ( blue ), and Razmatazz (pink). Currently, if you get one set, you'll get another set of three bottles along with it.
Bo Po is ideal for kids to use alone or with groups of friends, especially at all-girl sleepovers. Due to its non-toxic nature and the spill-resistant bottles that it comes in, all but the youngest kids should be able to use it without close parental supervision. Besides being fun, painting each other's nails will help improve young girls' dexterity.
Removing nail polish usually requires the use of chemical-filled nail polish remover that often doesn't smell very pleasant. Furthermore, using a substance like this frequently takes up a great deal of time. Fortunately, to remove Bo Po, you won't need any of this stuff; all you'll need are a couple of fingers that you can use to quickly peel the polish off.
Bo Po nail polish is able to stain fabric, but if you quickly treat a stained area with soap and water, the stain likely won't end up being a permanent one.
Some nail polish lines offer dozens of shades for users to choose from, but with Bo Po, there are only a few choices available, and none of these polishes are sparkly.
This nail polish is only appropriate for topical use on fingernails, so do not apply it to any other part of your body. Don't intentionally ingest it, either, since even though it is non-toxic, having a certain amount inside your body could be harmful.
