How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Select Nozzle

Once you obtain a Bionic Burner and are getting ready to use it to complete your first job, you'll need to select either the round nozzle or the crevice nozzle. Both are included with the device. If you want to remove a large infestation of weeds, the round nozzle is ideal, while (true to its name) the crevice nozzle is better for small, hard-to-reach infestations. No matter which nozzle you choose, you'll have to add it securely to the bottom of your device's stem. Consult your instruction manual if you have any problems with this.

  2. Plug Device Into Electricity

Next, once you've selected a nozzle, plug your device into an available electrical outlet with its extension cord that has a generous length. Using an outdoor electrical outlet is best, but you can use an indoor one that's close to an open door that you can pull the cord through.

  3. Turn on and Aim

After your device is plugged in, point it away from your face and body and aim it at a particular weed or group of weeds that you want to remove. Turn the device on by using the black power button and allow it to deliver a stream of air at a temperature of 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit to the weed. This air should reach down to the weed's roots and kill it on impact so that it doesn't grow back again.

  4. Repeat With Other Weeds

If you need to, repeat the step above with other single weeds or weed infestations, while keeping your device's nozzle pointed away from you at all times. Do not change the nozzle without turning off the device, unplugging it, and letting it cool down first.

  5. Unplug Device

When you're done using your Bionic Burner for a while, it should always be unplugged, and its extension cord should be coiled up in a small circle or oval for safety's sake.

Features

  • Long and Slim

This outdoor tool, which is mainly green with silver and black accents, is long and slim. Its length means it'll be able to reach further toward a weed than a shorter tool, and it'll also keep you a couple of feet from the device's hot air at all times.

  • Lightweight

It's specified that even though this device has a powerful motor, it's lightweight, so the vast majority of users should be able to move it around their yard or garden without a struggle. In fact, most people should be able to operate it while holding it in one hand. While it shouldn't be used by children, its lightweight nature makes it an ideal tool for petite adults or seniors with stiff joints.

  • Ergonomic Handle

The Bionic Burner's black handle has been designed to be comfortable for the human hand to hold, which means the hand you're holding it with shouldn't get sore after just a few minutes. Even if you use the tool for up to an hour, you may not have to switch to your non-dominant hand (the less safe option) to give the dominant one a break.

  • Environmentally Friendly

This tool can be considered an environmentally friendly one since it doesn't make use of any harsh chemicals as it removes weeds from any area. Unlike weed-killing chemicals that you might obtain if you don't have a tool like this, it won't pose a risk to your outdoor pets or the plants that you want to keep alive. The hot air that the device emits also won't stuff you up in the way that a chemical-filled weed-killer could.

Positive Points

  • No Work on Hands and Knees

People who don't want to make use of chemical solutions, but have a lot of weeds in their yards or gardens, might choose to get down on their hands and knees and pull them out. However, this can be physically strenuous, especially if you're not in the greatest shape ever. Fortunately, if you get a Bionic Burner to help you with your yard work, you'll be able to stop crawling around and putting pressure on your knees and back. Instead, you'll be able to stand and simply aim hot air at the weeds that need to go.

  • Will Light a Fire Pit

If you've got a small fire pit in your yard, you may be happy to find out that this tool is capable of lighting one. Just aim the tool at the middle of the pit as if you're aiming it at a weed, and give it a blast of hot air. Following that, the fire pit should light up, and you can do the same thing with a barbecue grill, too. Keep in mind, though, that it's best to use the round nozzle instead of the crevice nozzle when you're completing this type of task.

  • Can Help You Scrape Off Paint

Another task that your Bionic Burner can help you with is scraping old and tired-looking paint off of any surface, such as a fence or a wooden chair. If you aim the tool's hot air at a particular surface and scrape paint off that surface with another tool at the same time, this should speed up the paint-removal process. Once again, using the round nozzle instead of the crevice nozzle will typically be a better choice, unless the surface you're working with is very small or hard-to-reach.

Negative Points

  • Electricity Required

For this tool to be able to do its job, it must be plugged into electricity. Running it with batteries isn't an option. Therefore, if you want to use it in an area that's far from any available electrical outlet on your property, you may be out of luck.

Warnings

  • Unsafe for Kids to Use

Since the Bionic Burner delivers air at such a hot temperature, it's not safe for children to use, and it's best if adults use it when children aren't around. If a child were to attempt to use it or hang around while an adult was using it, they could end up unintentionally being blasted and burned by the device's hot air. As for teenagers over twelve years old, consider their dexterity level and maturity level before you even bring out this tool around them.
