Bathroom Tonic is a spray-on, non-stick cleaning solution that you can use to clean virtually anything in your bathroom. Once you spray it on, it'll start to work in seconds, so you'll be able to clean almost any object in your bathroom in mere minutes.

Total Cost Breakdown

The cost of Bathroom Tonic is $10.00 plus $7.95 shipping, for a total price of $17.95.

How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Spray On Solution

To begin using Bathroom Tonic, spray it on the first surface that you want to clean, such as the inside of your tub or the door of your shower. For most cleaning jobs, you'll only need a couple of squirts of the solution, so don't waste the contents of your bottle by overdoing the spraying.

  2. Rub With Brush or Cloth

After you've sprayed the surface of your choice, you can either use the included premium cleaning brush or a clean, smooth cloth to gently scrub that surface. As you scrub the surface, which you should do for at least 30 seconds, this will rub the cleaning solution in and allow it to begin to remove dirt and grime. If the surface you're cleaning isn't too dirty to start with, it may come clean in 30 seconds, but for dirtier surfaces, you may need to scrub for a few minutes to clean each one.

  3. Admire New-Looking Appearance

Once you're done scrubbing, you'll be able to rinse off your brush or cloth and admire the newly clean surface you just scrubbed, before moving on to the next surface that you need to clean. Even if the appliances, fixtures and other objects in your bathroom are incredibly old, they'll likely look as good as new after you've treated them with Bathroom Tonic.

Features

  • Spray Bottle

Your Bathroom Tonic will always come in a spray bottle, which means that you won't have to pour the solution and run the risk of spills. The spray bottle will also portion the cleaning solution for you, so you won't have to decide how much or how little to use at once on your own. Each spray bottle is a generous size—about two times the size of a standard shampoo bottle—and is transparent, which will enable you to see how much of the green liquid is left at any time.

  • Non-Stick

When you spray this cleaning solution onto any surface in your bathroom, it won't make that surface sticky, as some other cleaning solutions might. Therefore, you won't have to do a whole lot of rinsing with plain water when you're done your cleaning, in order to remove a feeling of stickiness. Instead, any surface that you've treated with this solution will just feel nice and smooth.

  • Long-Lasting Scum Guard

Due to the long-lasting scum guard that's built into each portion of Bathroom Tonic, any surface that you treat with the tonic will also be covered with an unnoticeable layer of protection against future dirt. You won't be able to see or touch this scum guard, but once it's there, it'll repel dirt and you won't have to clean the objects in your bathroom as often as you would otherwise.

  • Premium Brush Included

As mentioned, each bottle of this tonic comes with a premium cleaning brush, and due to this brush's unique shape, it'll be able to reach down into places that sponges and other brushes can't. Each brush is slim and has a curved tip that will enable it to get down into all those hard-to-reach nooks and crannies that tend to hold dirt, such as the corners of your shower. Every one of these brushes also has a fairly long handle, so it's unlikely that you'll drop one as you use it.

Positive Points

  • Can Use On Entire Bathroom

There are some cleaning products that are only suitable for cleaning toilets, while others have been designed specifically for sinks, but this one will work equally well almost anywhere in the bathroom. As a result, you'll be able to clean everything that's dirty in one session without having to go and grab any additional supplies.

  • From Fuller Brush Company

Bathroom Tonic is made by the Fuller Brush Company, which has been producing popular personal care and cleaning products for more than 100 years. This indicates that like these other products in the past, this cleaning solution (and the accompanying brush) will likely do the exact job it's been purported to do.

Negative Points

  • Not For Kitchen Use

While you can use this tonic to clean nearly anything in your bathroom, it's not meant for kitchen use. It would probably be able to remove dirt from anything in your kitchen in an effective manner, but since it hasn't been identified as non-toxic, it's not necessarily safe to use near food preparation areas. Consequently, you'll need to use a different type of cleaner to clean your kitchen counters, sinks and such, if you want to keep you and the other members of your household safe from toxicity.

  • Could Smell

Bathroom Tonic hasn't been identified as odorless, either, so it could produce a potentially unpleasant smell as you use it. If you find its smell unpleasant, you might have to invest in bathroom sprays, potpourri or other air fresheners in order to cover it up after you've cleaned.

Warnings

  • Wash Hands After Use

Although you won't need to use rubber gloves while you're cleaning with your Bathroom Tonic, you must always wash your hands after you use it, especially before you touch food, your body or someone else's. Along the same lines, no cloth or brush that you've used with this solution should be anywhere near food. Cloths and brushes should be rinsed after each use, and if a cloth is safe to put in the washing machine, it should be cleaned in there regularly (such as once per week).

  • Supervise Children

As they'll be able to spray this solution directly from the bottle, Bathroom Tonic may be a good one to use when you want to introduce children to bathroom cleaning tasks. However, since there may be some toxic ingredients in the solution, you must always supervise your children as you use it. You must also keep it away from babies and toddlers who are too young to understand cleaning tasks, and pets who may accidentally ingest the solution, too.

Save Money

You might be thinking of hiring a team of professionals to clean your entire bathroom, or replacing a bunch of appliances or fixtures that are covered with stains. Once you find out that there's a cleaning solution that will get rid of virtually any dirt in the bathroom super-quickly, though, you may think differently. Of course, that solution is Bathroom Tonic, and with it, you may be able to make your entire bathroom—from floor to ceiling—look great in an hour, without hiring outside help or replacing anything.
