How It Works
The Bacon Bake rack has been designed to evenly distribute the heat coming from your oven among all the slices of bacon within the rack. How to Use (Step by Step)
- Place Strips
To start, place your uncooked bacon strips in the rack, making sure that they're evenly spaced. For best results, you should not try to fit more than one package of bacon in the rack at once.
- Place Rack in Pan
Once you're done laying out your strips, plop your filled rack in any cooking pan you have on hand ( as long as that pan will fit in your oven ).
- Cook in Oven
Slide the rack and pan into your oven horizontally in order to cook your bacon, following the directions for temperature and time in your included recipe guide.
- Lift Rack From Pan
After your bacon has cooked, lift your Bacon Bake tray from the cooking pan it's in and place it on a flat surface. From there, you can get your bacon ready to be served.
