After you take your Back Bubble out of its package, you won't need to do any assembly tasks besides blowing it up. To do so, simply blow into its valve tip. If you want it to be firmer, add a lot of air, but if you want it to be softer, add less—just make sure you don't put so much in that it bursts. For assistance, if you need it, consult the included four-colour guide or the instructional DVD.
When it comes to hanging up your apparatus, you have three options. First, you can use the included EZ Hanger to hang it from a doorway, following the instructions. Alternatively, if you have a chin-up bar or a sturdy beam in your ceiling, you may choose to hang it there instead. If you go with the third option, be sure to use a heavy-duty hook so it won't break easily, potentially sending you to the floor.
Once your Back Bubble is all set up, hanging from a doorway or the ceiling, consult the instructions to get into the best position for your height, weight, and other physical attributes. For optimum results, remain there for two to three minutes.
This device will put you in two ideal positions for decompressing your spine, as opposed to our common sitting and standing positions that often compress the spine and lead to lower back pain. No matter which one of the two positions you choose, gravity will gently pull your lower body down, relaxing your muscles and decompressing that spine. This will cause more fluid and oxygen to flow to the lower back, pushing out any inflammation and quickly relieving pain.
Once your Back Bubble's hanging up, your first option is to stand and drape yourself forward through it as if it's a swing, with it coming in contact with your body around the waist area. You could also lower it closer to the floor and get in it as if it's a swimming donut. In the second position, it should be wrapped around your lower waist and stomach area. The option you choose should be based on your personal comfort level, the back issue you suffer from, and your current physical condition.
When you're not using this device, it can be quickly deflated and stored in almost any drawer. You'll be able to quickly inflate it again the next time you want to use it.
After it's been deflated, the Back Bubble only weighs five pounds, so it won't be hard to transport with you in your vehicle on either a short or long trip. You may want to take it with you to the gym to hang from a free chin-up bar, or bring it with you to the cottage and hang it from a ceiling beam. It could work as a great back rest in your car, too.
If you're going to hang your apparatus from the included EZ Hanger, you won't need any tools besides your two hands. The inflatable part of the device comes already attached to its harness, so you'll just need to take a few minutes to inflate it.
This device has been deemed a Class 1 Medical Device by the U. S. Food and Drug Administration, which is a sign of its high quality and level of effectiveness. It's also been licensed by the California Department of Health.
After you've been using this device for a while, or maybe even just a few days, you'll likely find that you're more flexible and can be more active without getting tired. This will contribute to your general enjoyment of life, your overall health, and perhaps your work performance, too.
Since you can use the Back Bubble in a couple of different positions, it's suitable for almost anyone of any age. Younger people may enjoy being in the standing position while seniors may prefer the second position, which allows a user to rest everything but the lower body on the floor.
For the majority of people, hanging this device may not be a difficult job, especially since no extra tools are needed. However, if a user has mobility issues preventing them from lifting almost anything or being able to reach their arms above their head, another person's assistance may be necessary.
If you use the Back Bubble regularly ( two to three times per day for two to three minutes ), you may no longer need as many pain relief pills or chiropractor appointments, if any. You may also help yourself avoid being a candidate for surgery.

There are a lot of reviews on this thing on Amazon and no need to repeat them here. My bottom line its effectiveness is my title.
A few words on its use. Give it time. Learn how high to position the device and where to place your torso. Next, try gently swing from side to side a few times and then back and forth. Try to extend your legs straight out in front of you and bend over a little. Try putting your feet behind you ( a backward "L". While you are in the bubble, practice some breathing exercises aimed at relaxing the lower part of your back.
