The Air Writer is a special pen that you can use to draw in midair, creating awesome three-dimensional objects. Using it’s like having a hand-held 3-D printer. As you wave your hand in the air to create any shape you choose, soft and flexible colored plastic comes out of the pen. This plastic quickly begins to harden as it dries and cools. Therefore, in just seconds, you’ll have hard plastic creations.
If you need to make models or prototypes as part of your job or academic studies, the Air Writer is a great tool to assist you with doing so. You can also use it to make models of things you want to build around the house and yard, such as a treehouse for the kids or a doghouse.
Use the Air Writer to easily create customized jewellery and hair accessories for yourself and your friends. For example, you can make bracelets, necklaces, and headbands. You may even be able to launch your own business by selling your creations.
The Air Writer is also useful to make kids toys with, such as little farm animals or boys and girls that they can use to play pretend.
If youve always thought your kitchen counter would look nice decorated with an attractive beach scene, simply use your Air Writer to create one, complete with palm trees. Alternatively, make a holiday scene at Christmas or Halloween. The device can also be used to make nice-looking fake flowers in many colors.
You can use the Air Writer to trace already-existing drawings on pieces of paper, and then lift the plastic off after it hardens and cools. Following that, youll have your own plastic copy of an image. Doing this with photographs is also possible.
Personalize the case for your cell phone or another digital device by using your Air Writer to draw textured designs on its back and sides.
After your Air Writer is plugged in, insert one of the included color coils into the top hole on the pens back.
Press the white button located on the top left-hand side of the pen to load the coil, and start drawing.
As you draw in the air, watch as your strokes form cool plastic creations in front of your eyes.
Make sure you unplug your Air Writer after use.
When you get an Air Writer, youll have ten different shades of coils to choose from, including black, white, gray, green, yellow, red, purple, blue, brown, and orange. Using multiple colors will make your designs and creations look much more interesting.
The Air Writer is much thicker than a standard pen, so it may be more difficult to draw with, at least when you first start using it.
Each Air Writer has a power cord, so it requires electricity to use.
You can create the same things with a 3-D printer as you do with Air Writer pens, but the printers are much more expensive. Many of them are also big and bulky, taking up much more space than an Air Writer.
