Ab Ace 360 is an at-home fitness device for men and women that's been designed to help users work their entire abdominal area at home. Aside from the abdominals, it's specified that you'll be able to add the included set of two resistance bands in order to help yourself work your arms, legs, back, and chest, too. Each device has a circular padded seat and four padded rollers for you to rest your back against as you move up and down in a traditional sit-up position.
The cost of Ab Ace 360 is $114.94 and the shipping is FREE!
Before you can effectively use your Ab Ace 360, you'll need to place it on a flat surface. It's suitable for use on various types of flooring, including carpet, but it can also be used outdoors on cement or grass. Regardless of which surface you choose, be sure that the black side of the circular cushion that's labeled "Ab Ace 360" is facing upward.
Next, while barefoot or wearing a pair of athletic shoes, sit down on your device's cushion. Place your feet firmly in front of you (with your knees bent, if possible) and rest your back against the four black massage rollers that are attached to the device.
After you're in a good position on your cushion, start doing sit-ups as you normally would on the floor or on a yoga mat. While doing so, you can keep your arms at your side, or place them over your head. You'll likely notice that the device's massage rollers are massaging your back and shoulders as you move up and down. Their support will also help you work your upper, middle, and lower abs all at once, as opposed to just the more easily accessible upper abdominals.
If you want to work your arms or chest while you do your sit-ups, you can add one of the included black resistance bands to each side of your device. They should be attached to the bars that make up part of the base and are located just behind the circular seat cushion. Once the bands are attached, you can hold onto their handles and use them to do bicep curls, bench press motions, or even tricep extensions as you complete your sit-ups.
The height, length, and width of each Ab Ace 360 will only equal about a couple of feet, so this device won't take up a lot of space in your residence. Plus, you'll likely be able to fit it into your vehicle if you want to take it to your workplace, to the cottage, or elsewhere. When it comes time to store it, it'll probably fit nicely into a bedroom or hallway closet, or behind your living room sofa.
You won't require batteries or electricity in order to use this fitness device properly. That means you won't have to worry about keeping a set of batteries on hand, or finding an available electrical outlet whenever you want to use it. It may be an ideal device for you to bring along if you'll be camping at a site with no electricity, but you want to stay in tip-top shape throughout the vacation.
The cushion that you'll sit on while using the Ab Ace 360 is quite well-padded, so it's unlikely that your bottom will be sore after using the machine. On the other hand, if you were to sit on a hard floor without cushioning and try to do abdominal exercises, your bottom could be sore within minutes.
As you do your sit-ups, the four massage rollers that are attached to the backrest of each device have been designed to give you a soothing massage. However, they can also be removed when you don't want or need to use them. If you want to sit on the seat cushion and simply twist from side to side to work your obliques, they won't be necessary, so you can remove the entire backrest before you do that.
This at-home piece of fitness equipment will tone your body, but you may see more positive results in a shorter period of time if you also change your diet. The Ab Ace 360 nutrition guide will help you eat more healthfully so you can potentially shed more body fat.
This device hasn't been specifically designed to help users lose tons of weight, but any type of workout will burn calories, and burning more calories than you consume will lead to weight loss. Therefore, the more often you use this abdominal machine for exercise, the more likely you'll be to shed some pounds, especially if you make healthy eating choices. If your gym is still closed due to the Coronavirus, you may not have to be concerned about looking like a much larger version of yourself when you go back!
Even if your scale weight doesn't change after you've started using the Ab Ace 360, the toning it'll offer your body will likely help you lose inches, especially around the waist. This may make your clothes—especially fitted pants, shorts, skirts, or dresses—look better on you, since garments tend to fit a toned body without large bulges of fat more effectively.
While working out with this device on your own can be fun, using it with close friends and family members can also be entertaining and motivating. You could all share one machine and take turns using it, but if everyone were to get their own machine, you could all line up and do the exercises together. If you have trouble getting going on your own, when it comes to exercise, involving your loved ones just might be the little kick of motivation you need.
You should work out in an outfit you feel comfortable in, but if you want to get as much of a massage from the attached rollers as possible, exposing more skin will help you out. If you wear a sports bra or tank top instead of a thicker, long-sleeved shirt as you do your workout, you'll be able to feel the rollers more powerfully against your muscles as you move.
As a gym-goer, you'll have to take the time to travel to the gym, change and move from machine to machine to complete a full-body workout. That won't be the case with the Ab Ace 360, though, as you'll be able to start your workout immediately in your own home and use the same device to work out your entire body. As long as you aren't wearing slippery socks or heels that could cause you to fall, you'll be ready to go.
