- Place Device on Flat Surface
Before you can effectively use your Ab Ace 360, you'll need to place it on a flat surface. It's suitable for use on various types of flooring, including carpet, but it can also be used outdoors on cement or grass. Regardless of which surface you choose, be sure that the black side of the circular cushion that's labeled "Ab Ace 360" is facing upward.
- Sit Down on Cushion
Next, while barefoot or wearing a pair of athletic shoes, sit down on your device's cushion. Place your feet firmly in front of you (with your knees bent, if possible) and rest your back against the four black massage rollers that are attached to the device.
- Start Doing Sit-ups
After you're in a good position on your cushion, start doing sit-ups as you normally would on the floor or on a yoga mat. While doing so, you can keep your arms at your side, or place them over your head. You'll likely notice that the device's massage rollers are massaging your back and shoulders as you move up and down.
