With this unit you allegedly get three times more muscle activity than traditional crunches.
The unique bilateral swivel of the bottom part makes the workout significantly more intense because of the control you must exert. This is what resulted in a maximum workout.
You get the professional grade heart rate and fitness tracker to monitor your results.
Allegedly you can get rock hard abs and just five minutes per day with the Pro Shaper.
It is easy to fold up and store when not in use.
You get the workout chart and the calorie cutting meal plan to help you meet all of the demands of the comprehensive program. Of course it stands to reason that the workout chart is only applicable to this particular muscle sculpting machine and does not include the extra workouts that you need to add for cardio.
This exercise set talks about being three times more effective than crunches which is very likely true. However, crunches are not a good way to work out your abs. This is something that a lot of people don't understand. When people think of working out their abdominals they focus only on the front of six pack and they think only about crunches.
Crunches are not good for you. They are bad for your back and it is much better to do other workouts which combine cardiovascular efforts with abdominal workouts. So while it is probably true that the particular exercise provided by this machine is better than a traditional sit up, that doesn't mean that it's the best possible ab workout for you.
Underneath the large advertisement for getting rock hard abs it specifically says that your individual results may vary. Additionally, you must combine the muscle sculpting with cardio exercises in addition to calorie cutting diets regularly in order to get the results that are shown on the website. This means that just like any exercise you will not get results just by using this machine.
Said machine is not even meant to be the one thing you do every day to get abs even though that's how it comes off. Misleading, yes, you are meant to do this particular exercise with your own cardiovascular exercises and better dieting.
Moreover, this is not something you can just do the once. It's not something that you do just one week out of every month. It, alongside the cardiovascular exercises and a better dieting is clearly something you are meant to do regularly. Really, from here on out, as a permanent lifestyle change.
You can exercise your abdominals both internal and external using this with the machine multiple times per day. However your abdominal muscles might be very strong after all of that effort and still not show.
Again, when many people think of abdominal muscles and the six pack abs they do not simply think of having a strong set of core muscles. Said people think instead of having the visible frontals expected they can show off when they are shirtless or wandering around the pool. Visibility for your six pack muscles only happens when you are below 12% body fat, something that can only be attained by diet.
As such, this means that in order to show off the apps that you sculpt so well you must maintain a very strict diet that consists mostly of fat burning and muscle building foods. Like salmon, plain steamed chicken breasts, quinoa, tart berries, eggs, and oatmeal.
Once you change that diet you will start to put on sat specifically in the abdominal region very quickly. As a result you will be less able to view your abs almost immediately.
The website specifically says to consult a physician before you start any exercise program. They emphasize that people who stick to the five minutes per day on this machine, and combine cardiovascular exercises. Of course with calorie cutting diets were able to achieve a 300% increase in the contraction intensity compared to traditional crunches. This 300% increase in contraction intensity simply means that the intensity with which you contract your abdominal muscles is heightened. Again the regularity with which you exercise, your diet, and many other factors will play a significant role in whether or not that 300% increase is effective in achieving your desired results.
Their particular advertisement talks heavily about carving out sexy six pack abs using these tone adding movements that focus on your entire core.
Readers will see claims to work your arms, your back, your glutes, and your thighs. Understand that the exercises it provides, specifically the swivel action for the obliques are not what give you six pack abs. This is rather misleading and unnecessarily so.
Most people when they think of a six pack or toned abs they only think of the frontal six pack. What most people completely ignore or all of the abdominal muscles that are located behind the frontal six pack, the interior muscles responsible for holding together your organs like a corset. It is actually better for your overall health to work the interior abdomen muscles rather than focusing only on the exterior frontal six pack.
Moreover, working on the obliques means working on the parts of the muscle that wrap around either side of your six pack to the side of your hips.
This is not the frontal six pack at all. Much like the internal core, this is a separate part of your body. So it emphasizes heavily that these two combination workouts are what give you the six pack, but half of the workouts provided are not even meant to target the six pack.
There are two different sets you can use. First is the loft set this is where you simply press your knees in between the two foam rollers. Then hold onto the handlebars, and focus on your upper and lower abs by pushing the unit up the tracks. Swivel mode functions in much the same way except that the chair is swiveling from one side to the other which targets your obliques.

Long commercial. They say they are not actors reviews which is bollocks as why would you say that. Because they doubt their own credability. Also none of those people showing the product where really fat. I tried it stuck to the strict plan. Results nothing. As in most diets and work outs the thing they dont realise is medical problems can actually make it worse or no results. Think about this. Americans advertise to brits. 100 million over weight americans yet only 1.5 million worldwide using it out of 6 billion people. Yes you got it. Shite.
