How It Works
As you do a variety of fitness exercises, such as squats, planks, yoga poses, sit-ups, and push-ups, you can hold Thigh Lite right between your thighs. If you squeeze it lightly, it'll glow green, and if you squeeze it a bit more, it'll glow blue. For it to glow red, you'll need to squeeze it very tightly. The first level of resistance, green, is ideal for beginners, while more experienced fitness enthusiasts should ideally be squeezing the ball until it turns blue or red.
Each device is round, so there won't be any edges or corners poking into your thighs as you squeeze it. Hence, you'll be able to comfortably squeeze it for longer than you would a square or rectangular object, such as a yoga block.
Thigh Lite is somewhat soft, rather than being rock-hard, so it'll flex a bit as it's squeezed instead of feeling uncomfortably solid between your legs. Plus, if you ever drop it on your foot by mistake, this won't hurt as much as dropping a completely hard object there.

This device is large enough to add some resistance between the legs, but not so large that you''ll need to spread your legs incredibly wide to fit it between. Therefore, people who are fairly inflexible will be able to use it without great difficulty.

- Can Use Almost Anywhere
While you may prefer to use your Thigh Lite indoors, you'll be able to take it outside for a workout in the fresh air if you choose. It might be difficult to carry if you're walking or biking to the gym, but if you have a vehicle, you shouldn't have a problem taking it with you to enhance your workout.
- May Need Large Mirror
During some exercises, such as push-ups and planks, you may not be able to see what color your Thigh Lite is. If you use the device at home, you may need to obtain a full-length mirror that'll help you see it clearly.
- No Exercise Device
Some people choose to exercise without using a device like Thigh Lite, but by doing so, you'll give yourself no extra resistance and therefore won't be working your muscles as hard.
- Yoga Block
A yoga block can be squeezed between the thighs in a way similar to this round, flexible device, but one of these won't change color when you increase or decrease the level of resistance. You won't be able to quickly see how hard you're working.
A dumbbell can also be squeezed between the thighs, but it won't show you how hard you're working, either, and it'll be more likely to fall to the floor than Thigh Lite. Moreover, depending on its shape, it may dig into your skin in uncomfortable ways.
- Don't Sit on it
Do not sit on your Thigh Lite, as there's a chance it could burst.
