Bowl Light is a compact, portable device that will light up your toilet bowl so you can see it clearly at night without turning on a super-bright bathroom light. It will attach to the edge of the bowl and can be moved quickly from toilet to toilet, if need be. Instead of just giving off standard white light, the Bowl Light will give off light in your choice of seven different shades, and you'll be able to change the shade by simply pressing a button.
Total Cost Breakdown

How to Use (Step by Step)
- Attach to Toilet
To install your Bowl Light, pull up your toilet's seat and use the hook on your light to attach it to the side of your toilet's bowl. It's best to hook the light on slightly to the side of the bowl, so it's not positioned directly behind where a person's legs and feet will rest as they use the toilet.
- Choose Shade
Once your Bowl Light is securely attached to your toilet, you'll need to select the color of light you'd like it to display by using the button on the front. You may want to choose a shade that matches the decor of the bathroom that you're currently in, but you can also just choose a color you like.
- Walk Away
After you've chosen a color of light for your device to display, feel free to walk away from your toilet and go about your daily business. The next time you step close to your toilet in the dark, your movement will cause your light to automtically turn on.
Each device is white with a white hook, the color of most toilets, so yours will likely appear fairly inconspicuous to anyone who enters your bathroom.
- Seven Shades of Light
You may want your Bowl Light to give off ordinary white light, but if not, you can choose between six other shades, including yellow, blue, red, green, purple, and aqua. The shade you choose can be changed at any time.
- Motion Activated
Since this device is motion activated, it'll turn on and off automatically when you step toward or walk away from your toilet bowl. You'll never need to turn it off yourself when you exit your bathroom.
- Works With Any Toilet
The Bowl Light works with any standard toilet, so besides using it at home in multiple bathrooms, if you'd like, you'll also be able to take it to hotel rooms with you. If you're a student and you happen to have your own toilet in your dorm room, you may want to install one there, too.
- Helps Keep Toilets Clean
Anyone who tries to go to the bathroom in the dark may miss the toilet seat while doing their business, dirtying the toilet in the process. Fortunately, your Bowl Light will give you a bit of gentle light with no immediate effort on your part, so you'll increase the chances that your toilet will remain clean.
- Can be Toilet Training Aid
Kids who are toilet training will find this device especially helpful when they need to go to the bathroom at night, as its beam of illumination will show them exactly where the toilet bowl is.
- Not Ideal for Outhouses
It would be beneficial if one of these lights could light up the toilet bowl in a dark outhouse. However, since an outhouse's toilet bowl isn't shaped like a standard bowl, it'll be difficult for you to hang your Bowl Light from one.
- Turn on Bathroom Light
If you don't have a Bowl Light, you may be tempted to flick on your bathroom's light switch when you enter at night, but one of these lights may seem blinding to your sleepy eyes. Plus, after being hit with a great deal of bright light, you might have difficulty falling asleep again when you return to your room.
- Leave Light Off
Alternatively, you may choose to stumble in to your bathroom without using any light at all, but you could hurt yourself, and as mentioned, make a mess of your toilet.
For those of you who have children using your bathroom regularly, warn them not to knock the Bowl Light into the toilet bowl, as this could make it stop working properly.
