Does It Really Work?

Yes, this system really works. You get a chance to really practice as though you have a sparring partner, but without one. That said, you can do all of these exercises from the comfort of your home too. For professionals, this unit can be purchased as an additional piece of gym equipment for members at a reasonable price.

Of course, you must be advised that this system works insofar as it gives you a chance to practice serious boxing or MMA style fighting by yourself. It is not, however, meant as a fat burning or weight loss product. Rather, it is a tool you can use to enhance certain skills or learn a new fighting style.

How to Use (Step by Step)

  1. Warm up

    Before you dive into the workouts described in each of the DVDs, you want to complete a brief warm up. In reality a proper warm up will not take more than a few minutes but doing a warm up can greatly reduce the stress your muscles and heart have to bear. The process of a warm-ups helps your body to start your activity at a slower pace rather than simply jumping into a high sprint or immediately setting out for a high-speed run. This reduces the intensity on your muscles. .

  2. Stretch

    Stretching exercises should always be part of your regular routine even if they are explicitly mentioned in the DVD training.

    It is best for you to do the stretches after your warm-up or after your cooldown. In both cases your muscles are already warm and ready to go.

    Doing so can improve your flexibility in addition to your range of motion. Stretching also improves your performance. When you integrate stretching it is imperative that you never push yourself. You might start out relatively shallow and a stretch and by the end of one minute static hold exercises, you can find yourself going much deeper.

  3. Workout

    Follow the instructional videos, additional DVD's, or your own training program. Practice the moves you want, combinations, kicks, and more.

  4. Cool Down
