I'm in second round of 21 Day Fix- I lost five pounds to date. This is not a quick fix solution. I'm disappointed that the meal lists are for extreme meat lovers, which I am not- there are little options for vegetarian / vegans to participate without being hungry and or limited with one or two options-Bottom line, save your money and simply invest in portion control and exercise- that's what this is.
